- Tracy has been a great help towards getting me on the road to re- employment, I got so much out of the Employability workshop and learned a lot about myself, what opportunities could be available to me and how to go about achieving my goal of getting a good job. - Future Associates provided a training session to look at team building and to help my team realise and value the importance of their individual roles and how this impacts within the team. The section of trust building has made such a difference to how the team work together and the results were immediate and is still being managed. Future Associates exceeded my expectations, and they had confidence that they would make a difference to the outlook of my team.
